Doors are shipped via freight truck. Deliveries can be made to residential or commercial locations. Drivers will bring the glass panel and frame to the edge of the truck. You are responsible for unloading and bringing inside. We recommend at least two people and possibly more be available to receive all deliveries. Due to the nature of the products, all orders will incur a re-stock fee. Some products may not be returnable including custom sizes. For more questions about returns please contact us.
